* Clinic sponsors attend at no charge and recieve 10% of gross to cover any expenses.

There is a minimum of 20 clinic participants. We will help advertise the clinic on our website and various other hoof care websites. We do reserve the right to cancel the clinic due to lack of participation or any emergencies. (We hope this does not happen). All deposits will be returned promptly if this occurs.

* Clinic fees will be paid through our website with paypal. The host will greet all of the attendees and help them settle in. Any unregistered guests fees will be collected by the clinic host at this time.

* A majority of the clinic is lecture. We will need an indoor facility with a classroom type environment. ( Keep in mind that metal barn roofs can be very loud in the rain)

* The clinic host will need to provide a large dry erase board with many colored markers.

* We will be using a projecter and will need to block out any light from the room for the best viewing.

* There should be adequate restroom facilities.

*The trimming demonstration portion of the clinic can be at a separate nearby location, but must be large enough for everyone to have room to gather round to see Todd work.

* The clinic host should decide what to do for the hour long lunch break. If there are nearby restaurants, the host should provide a list of the options to participants. Many hosts provide their own lunch and charge a minimal fee. It's up to you!
